Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your expertise will be instrumental in:

• Scientific Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to complex medical inquiries with precision, compliance, and urgency, developing standardized response frameworks to ensure consistency and regulatory adherence. Engage with external stakeholders—including medical experts, regulators, and healthcare professionals—to build credibility and foster long-term partnerships.
• Clinical and Evidence-Generation Strategy: Provide critical medical and scientific input to clinical trials, study design, and research initiatives, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals and regulatory standards. Support non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials to generate robust, real-world evidence that strengthens our product portfolio.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate scientific insights into actionable strategies, collaborating closely with Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Quality, and Commercial teams to integrate medical perspectives into broader business objectives. Share data-driven medical insights to inform decision-making and enhance product positioning.
• Compliance and Content Oversight: Review and approve medical and promotional materials to ensure adherence to local and global compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
• Strategic Partnership Development: Engage with medical experts and key opinion leaders to advance our understanding of disease pathways and therapeutic opportunities. Contribute to publications, conferences, and data initiatives that shape the future of patient care.

This role operates in a balanced environment, with **50% dedicated to external stakeholder engagement**—including medical professionals, regulators, and industry partners—and **50% focused on office-based responsibilities**, such as strategic planning, content development, and cross-functional coordination.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A **doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD)** in a relevant medical or scientific discipline, with a strong foundation in clinical research and therapeutic innovation.
• **Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry**, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated expertise in **Neuroscience** or a related high-impact therapy area.
• Proven ability to **build and sustain credible relationships** with medical experts, regulators, and decision-makers, leveraging trust and collaboration to drive shared goals.
• A deep understanding of **clinical research methodologies, evidence generation, and the evolving therapeutic landscape**, with the agility to adapt to regulatory and scientific advancements.
• Expertise in **translating complex scientific data into strategic insights**, ensuring alignment with both medical and business objectives across diverse teams.
• Confidence in utilizing **digital tools and data analytics** to support stakeholder engagement, insight gathering, and evidence-based decision-making.
