Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of operational and business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to guarantee successful execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Sales, Finance, Quality/Regulatory, and IT teams, fostering collaboration to streamline project delivery and drive operational excellence.
• Process Optimization and Standardization: Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes through process improvements and standardization of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• System Implementation: Drive the successful deployment of ERP/WMS modules, inventory and expiry management tools, and advanced reporting dashboards to elevate operational transparency and decision-making.
• Change Management: Champion change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, delivering targeted training programs, and ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely procurement, installation, and service delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with senior management and internal teams.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines, proactively identifying risks and variances. Present actionable insights, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to approved objectives, quality standards, and business requirements, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution, operations management, or business transformation, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in operational process improvement and system implementation, particularly with ERP/WMS platforms.
• A PMP certification is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced project management tools, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
