• Technical Governance and Standards: Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture best practices, and quality gates to ensure consistency and scalability across all delivery initiatives. Lead the modernisation of legacy systems while maintaining operational stability and performance.
• Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration. Manage vendor performance, contract renewals, and transitions, ensuring service excellence and cost efficiency.
• Release and Change Management: Oversee coordinated, low-risk deployments to production, leveraging agile and hybrid methodologies to balance speed with reliability. Implement robust change management processes to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions.
