To support our rapid expansion and technological advancements, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• OCI Infrastructure & Automation: Architect, deploy, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, optimize, and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid, high-quality software deployments and feature releases.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues, guaranteeing high availability and performance across all OCI services.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized environments using Docker and Oracle Container Engine for Kubernetes (OKE), ensuring seamless deployment and scaling across development, staging, and production environments.
• Security & Compliance: Embed DevSecOps best practices and adhere to OCI security standards to safeguard data integrity, system reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend and product engineering teams across multiple time zones to streamline deployment workflows, enhance collaboration, and drive operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related field.
• OCI Expertise: Proven experience designing and managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including networking, compute, OKE, IAM, security, and storage services.
• Remote Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous team environment with strong communication and self-management skills.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferably OKE) for container deployment and management.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform, particularly the OCI Terraform provider, to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
• CI/CD Proficiency: Solid background in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages to automate repetitive tasks and enhance system efficiency.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in high-growth startups, mobility, logistics, or delivery platforms is highly advantageous.
