Role Overview: Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer – Health Information Systems

As an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer based in Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Solventum’s innovative solutions and the complex healthcare systems of our customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a global team of experts, leveraging your technical acumen and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integrations. Your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare delivery, ensuring that our solutions empower clinicians and enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Interoperability & Integration Delivery: Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems. Collaborate closely with customer IT teams, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors, and third-party providers to define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces using industry standards such as HL7, FHIR, and APIs.
• Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct in-depth technical discovery to assess customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements. Translate business and technical needs into practical implementation strategies that align with product capabilities and established delivery frameworks.
• Solution Configuration & Technical Enablement: Configure Solventum solutions to meet customer-specific operational and clinical requirements. Ensure implementations adhere to best practices while balancing customer expectations, technical constraints, and long-term maintainability.
• Validation, Testing & Go-Live Readiness: Lead technical validation activities to confirm that configured solutions and integrations perform as intended. Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness to facilitate successful customer go-lives and smooth operational transitions.
• Advanced Technical Support & Continuous Improvement: Serve as a technical escalation point during and after implementation. Partner with customers, support teams, product management, and other Solventum teams to diagnose issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across products and delivery practices. Contribute to the capture and dissemination of implementation knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance delivery quality and operational readiness.
