About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC RSA Archer Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing RSA Archer applications to enhance our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving efficiency, ensuring seamless integrations, and maintaining robust security and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in RSA Archer configuration, troubleshooting, and platform support, combined with strong collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development and Support: Develop, configure, and customize RSA Archer applications to align with organizational GRC, Risk, Compliance, and Control processes. This includes designing workflows, applications, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve platform, integration, and application issues through systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Ensure minimal disruption to critical GRC operations.
• Change and Release Management: Support system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments to maintain platform stability and performance. Adhere to ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Release processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and external vendors to facilitate seamless operations, knowledge transfer, and issue resolution. Serve as a liaison to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
• Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions to empower teams and ensure sustainable support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, Risk Management, Compliance, Controls, and Assessment workflows. Experience with RSA Archer integrations, reporting, and platform support is essential.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with ITIL-based processes for Incident, Change, and Release Management is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a global team environment.
• Work Location: Capable of working onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements and business needs.
