As the central authority for governance and decision-making, you will be responsible for shaping the narrative of our projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across all executive submissions. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding leadership toward informed, timely, and impactful approvals, ultimately accelerating project timelines and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of governance and leadership responsibilities, including:

• Executive Committee & Governance Leadership: Lead the preparation and coordination of high-stakes presentations for critical governance forums, including the N-2 Committee, N-1 Committee, Development Committee, and Board-level submissions. Develop compelling, data-driven narratives that articulate clear asks, decisions, and strategic recommendations while ensuring full alignment with Qiddiya’s governance frameworks and templates.
• Stage Gate & Decision Framework Management: Oversee the completeness and compliance of all Stage Gate submissions, ensuring adherence to CDU-approved deliverables, templates, and decision-making criteria. Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to minimize revisions and maximize first-time approval success. Track Stage Gate progression, approvals, and action items to support project timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between Residential Development, Delivery, Commercial, Cost Planning, CDU, MDU, Strategy, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. Facilitate pre-read discussions, alignment meetings, and conflict resolution to ensure a unified position is presented to leadership, mitigating last-minute changes and delays.
• Executive Reporting & Communication: Prepare concise, actionable executive reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior leadership and governance committees. Consolidate project updates, risks, financials, and milestones into structured formats that enable data-driven decision-making. Draft and distribute meeting minutes while tracking action items to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Process Improvement & Governance Enhancement: Drive continuous optimization of Stage Gate processes, templates, and governance tools to improve efficiency and submission quality. Attend monthly Governance PCG meetings to disseminate CDU framework updates and implement standardized checklists and reporting structures. Proactively enhance first-time approval rates through proactive quality assurance and stakeholder collaboration.
