• Cost Leadership: Develop meticulously detailed cost estimates, from feasibility studies through to tender documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Technical Precision: Produce accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and value engineering assessments to optimize project economics while maintaining design integrity.
• Contractual Expertise: Navigate complex contractual frameworks, including FIDIC and JCT, to administer contracts, assess variations, and manage extensions of time (EOTs) with commercial rigor.
• Procurement & Compliance: Support procurement processes, review bank guarantees and insurance policies, and maintain seamless contractual correspondence to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to foster transparency, resolve disputes, and drive collaborative solutions.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of assignments, delivering hands-on technical leadership rather than managerial oversight, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
