Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will:

• Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies tailored to real estate projects and group-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with Alomar’s long-term growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end project launches, including meticulously crafted go-to-market and opening campaigns that maximize visibility and engagement.
• Conduct rigorous market research and competitive benchmarking to refine positioning, ensuring Alomar’s projects stand out in a dynamic market.
• Drive digital marketing excellence, with a laser focus on optimizing cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA) across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
• Design and refine seamless customer journeys and lead funnels, from initial awareness to conversion, leveraging data to enhance engagement and ROI.
• Manage paid campaigns with precision, utilizing Odoo CRM to track performance and continuously optimize strategies for peak efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support revenue targets and conversion goals.
• Analyze campaign metrics and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership, fostering data-driven decision-making.
• Elevate brand positioning for individual projects and the Alomar group, reinforcing market leadership and trust.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must meet the following required qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, complemented by a proven track record in real estate.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a specialization in real estate project launches, including go-to-market and opening campaigns.
• Hands-on expertise in digital and performance marketing, with a demonstrated ability to reduce CPL and CPA through measurable optimization.
• Proven experience in market research and competitor analysis, ensuring strategic positioning for high-impact projects.
• Familiarity with Odoo CRM and proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Native Arabic proficiency and business-fluent English to effectively engage with stakeholders and markets.
• Saudi nationality required.
• Ability to commence within 30 days of offer acceptance.
• Experience in designing and optimizing lead generation funnels and customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
• Track record of collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
• Proven ability to present marketing performance and strategy to executive leadership.

While not mandatory, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

• Experience in retail marketing, bringing additional expertise to Alomar’s diverse portfolio.
• Google Ads Search Certification or equivalent, showcasing advanced digital marketing knowledge.
• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or equivalent Meta Blueprint certification, validating expertise in paid advertising.
• CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) certification or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
