Key Responsibilities:

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Network Architecture and Configuration: Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs to ensure robust connectivity across all company sites.
• Network Optimization and Troubleshooting: Monitor and diagnose network performance, connectivity issues, and latency problems across LAN, WAN, and hybrid environments, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
• Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure: Support and configure Microsoft Azure networking services, including virtual networks, VPN Gateways, and hybrid cloud integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between on-premises systems and the cloud.
• Security and Compliance: Enforce network security protocols, including firewall policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and access controls, while conducting regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Systems and Virtualization Support: Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Disaster Recovery and Maintenance: Develop and execute backup strategies, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct disaster recovery drills to safeguard critical infrastructure against potential failures.
• Documentation and Collaboration: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records to facilitate knowledge sharing and future scalability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in networking principles.
• **3-5 years of hands-on experience** in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical support, preferably in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
• Proven expertise in **networking technologies**, including LAN/WAN, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching, with a deep understanding of network protocols and architectures.
• Familiarity with **Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V**, and **Microsoft Azure**, including Azure networking services, virtual networks, and hybrid cloud configurations.
• Exceptional **troubleshooting and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong **communication and collaboration skills**, with proficiency in both **Arabic and English** to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
