About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, robust security, and high-performance operations across both on-premises and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

As our IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, encompassing LAN, WAN, cloud-based, and on-premises systems to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and performance.
• Core Application Support: Provide expert-level support for enterprise application hosting services and connectivity solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain critical infrastructure components, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, backups, networking hardware, firewalls, telephony systems, internet services, Wi-Fi networks, and disaster recovery frameworks.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks with a methodical and efficient approach.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect infrastructure platforms, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security policies through regular updates and audits.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including architecture diagrams, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records. Generate regular reports to track infrastructure health and performance metrics.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
• Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and infrastructure solutions that support IT projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration, as well as Azure AD and cloud-based services.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies and Cisco networking solutions.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security protocols.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, enterprise infrastructure environments, and storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Understanding of IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.
  • Knowledge of information security controls and best practices.

Experience Requirements

• Experience supporting critical business systems and maintaining high-availability infrastructure operations.
