Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and evacuation procedures to ensure readiness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, engineers, and operational staff, to integrate safety into all aspects of workplace operations.
• Stay updated on evolving safety regulations, standards, and best practices, and advocate for continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Document and report safety performance metrics, compliance status, and incident data to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A recognized diploma in safety, occupational health, or a related technical field is required.
• Proven experience of at least three years in safety management, technical safety, or a similar role within an industrial or high-risk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations, OSHA standards, or equivalent international safety frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex safety data and communicate findings clearly.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software, with an aptitude for digital documentation and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and influence teams at all levels.
