As the Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and reducing excess inventory—all while aligning with PepsiCo’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Develop and implement robust inventory control processes to ensure real-time accuracy, reducing discrepancies and optimizing stock levels across warehouses and distribution centers.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives, ensuring timely availability of goods while minimizing carrying costs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage advanced inventory analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable reports for leadership. Your insights will help refine inventory policies and improve overall supply chain agility.
• Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to mitigate risks such as obsolescence, theft, or damage. Implement controls to safeguard inventory integrity.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance inventory workflows, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies and drive operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to foster collaboration and align inventory strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in optimizing inventory processes in fast-paced environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization). Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and propose data-backed solutions to inventory challenges.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings to senior stakeholders. Strong project management skills to drive initiatives to completion.
• Language Skills:
