Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Fundraising: Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to diversify revenue streams, including grant applications, corporate partnerships, individual donations, and community campaigns.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and government entities to secure financial support and long-term commitments.
• Grant Management: Research, prepare, and submit grant proposals to local and international funding organizations, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Donor Relations: Oversee donor stewardship initiatives, including acknowledgment, recognition, and engagement activities to foster loyalty and encourage recurring contributions.
• Campaign Coordination: Lead and execute fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to raise awareness and generate financial support for DSCA’s programs and services.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on fundraising performance, analyzing trends and metrics to optimize strategies and maximize revenue generation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, marketing, and program teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and ensure transparency in all financial activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFRE) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing within the nonprofit sector, preferably with a focus on disability or social welfare causes.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Arabic and English, strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of fundraising best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Personal Attributes: Highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about social impact. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
