Your Impact

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will take ownership of end-to-end product development, from identifying critical user needs to executing strategic roadmaps and measuring success. Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Product Strategy and Execution: Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more core areas of Labayh’s platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Conduct in-depth product discovery through user interviews, behavioral data analysis, competitive benchmarking, and experimentation to uncover high-impact opportunities that address real pain points in mental healthcare.
• Translate Insights into Action: Translate complex user and business requirements into clear product visions, defining measurable outcomes, success metrics, and acceptance criteria that guide development and iteration.
• Prioritize with Strategic Acumen: Make data-driven prioritization decisions based on customer impact, business value, strategic alignment, effort, and available evidence to maximize ROI and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Clinical Operations to ensure seamless execution from discovery to launch and beyond.
• Optimize the Customer Journey: Identify and eliminate friction points across the entire user journey—from onboarding and specialist discovery to booking, consultation, and post-session experiences—while continuously refining engagement and retention strategies.
• Leverage AI for Transformation: Explore and evaluate AI-driven opportunities to enhance user experiences, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes. Utilize AI tools effectively in product discovery, research synthesis, prototyping, and decision-making while maintaining rigorous standards for accuracy, privacy, and trust.
• Measure and Iterate: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, booking conversion, engagement metrics, retention, repeat sessions, and customer satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
• Design and Validate Experiments: Develop and execute experiments to test assumptions, validate hypotheses, and refine product performance based on both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Champion Clinical Responsibility: Work closely with clinical teams to ensure all AI-powered and digital solutions adhere to the highest standards of ethical practice, safety, and user trust.
