Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Sales and Marketing Execution: Promote Hikma’s defined product portfolio to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, in alignment with company guidelines and sales targets. Utilize available resources and support from your supervisor or manager to maximize territory performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers by organizing appointments, meetings, and educational events. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of Hikma’s products to drive prescription and dispensing rates.
• Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product developments. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product positioning and market expansion.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, documenting activities, feedback, and market insights. Prepare and submit timely reports to your supervisor or manager to ensure transparency and strategic decision-making.
• Customer and Territory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies within your assigned territory. Prospect new customers and ensure comprehensive coverage to capitalize on market potential.
• Compliance and Ethical Standards: Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all interactions and promotional activities. Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate, compliant, and submitted within specified timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, providing you with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical knowledge and healthcare systems. While we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience, a minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representative roles, or a related field is preferred.
