As a Graduate Engineer within our AVEVA Operations Centre (AOC) team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and supporting software implementations that align with our customers’ strategic goals. This opportunity spans the entire project lifecycle—from contract initiation to final delivery—focusing on AOC and Digital Twin (DT) solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing operational excellence in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors, where your insights will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead customer engagements by implementing tailored solutions, conducting requirements analysis, and customizing software to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide end-to-end technical support, including training, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to refine documentation, optimize deployments, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for critical clients, ensuring their operational challenges are addressed with precision and expertise.
• Develop trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders by delivering accurate, efficient, and proactive technical guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with systematic rigor, leveraging technical aid when necessary to maintain high-performance standards.
• Travel to customer sites as required to facilitate hands-on implementation and support.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA Operations Centre (AOC), Digital Twin (DT), and legacy Wonderware products, showcasing your ability to work with industry-leading software.
• Basic scripting/programming proficiency in languages such as PowerShell, SQL, JavaScript, or C, enabling you to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows Server features like IIS and COM+, to support robust data management.
• Technical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to analyze abstract concepts like classes, objects, and associations to devise innovative solutions.
• Experience in HMI development and design, ensuring you can create intuitive and efficient user interfaces for industrial applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear technical specifications and training materials for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to facilitate seamless collaboration with global teams and clients.
