As the Sector Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders within the food and beverage industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking sector strategy aligned with Solenis’ global objectives while addressing the unique needs of the Saudi food and beverage market. Leverage industry insights to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and position Solenis as the preferred partner for water and process solutions.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including food processors, beverage manufacturers, and dairy producers, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Technical & Commercial Expertise: Deeply understand the technical and regulatory landscape of the food and beverage industry in KSA, ensuring compliance with local standards while advocating for innovative, cost-effective solutions that meet evolving industry demands.
• Team & Performance Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of sales, technical, and operational professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence to drive sector-wide success.
• Market Expansion & Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with local distributors, industry associations, and government entities to expand Solenis’ footprint in the Saudi market. Contribute to the development of tailored product offerings and service models that align with regional priorities.
• Performance & Revenue Growth: Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets by leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with Solenis’ financial goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A proven track record of leadership in the food and beverage, water treatment, or process industries, with a minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in a sector leadership or commercial management role.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including regulatory frameworks, industry dynamics, and cultural nuances, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the region.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Strong technical expertise in water treatment, process optimization, or food safety solutions, with the capability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• A results-driven mindset with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, exceed targets, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (Arabic fluency is highly advantageous).
