• Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of all guest and operational areas, including rooms, public spaces, and technical rooms.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, laundry facilities, and other specialized systems to meet industry standards.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, operations, and management teams to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions to guest services.
• Inventory and Resource Management: Monitor and manage supplies, tools, and spare parts to ensure availability for timely repairs and maintenance activities.
