Your Impact

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of network and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementation and Configuration: Deploy and configure advanced network infrastructure, including high-performance switches, wireless access points, VoIP systems, CCTV, and access control solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Technical Expertise: Perform intricate network configurations such as VLANs, IP addressing, routing, switching, and basic firewall setups, leveraging your knowledge of TCP/IP and subnetting to maintain robust network environments.
• Project Coordination: Participate in comprehensive site surveys, analyze project requirements, and review technical drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to align solutions with client objectives.
• Vendor and Team Collaboration: Supervise and coordinate installation activities with external vendors, contractors, and internal project teams, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues during project implementation, applying your technical acumen to maintain operational excellence.
• System Integration: Support the integration of sophisticated systems such as CCTV, access control, IP telephony, Wi-Fi networks, meeting room and AV solutions, and digital signage, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Testing and Handover: Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and snagging activities to validate system performance before project handover, delivering fully documented and operational environments.
• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, IP/VLAN plans, configuration files, and as-built documentation, ensuring transparency and future scalability.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in network or IT infrastructure projects, with a proven ability to apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of VLANs, switching, and basic routing, with familiarity with TCP/IP and subnetting. Experience with managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches is essential.
• Wireless and Cabling Expertise: Strong understanding of Wi-Fi networks, Power over Ethernet (PoE), fiber optics, SFPs, and structured cabling standards.
• Security and Connectivity: Basic knowledge of firewall technologies, Network Address Translation (NAT), and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) to ensure secure and efficient network operations.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to read and interpret network diagrams, technical drawings, and project documentation with precision.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, fostering strong working relationships.
• Eligibility: Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience with leading networking platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Huawei, or HPE.
• Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent networking credentials.
• Vendor-specific certifications from Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or Huawei.
• Prior experience in ELV (Electrical Low Voltage) or ICT system integration projects.
