Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of **MEAT and CIS systems**, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to microscopy, electron microscopy, automation, and clinical imaging systems.
• Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, including end-users and technical staff, to maximize system utilization.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and predictive diagnostics to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback, identify trends, and propose improvements to service processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all field operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including technical reports, warranties, and customer interactions.
• Stay abreast of industry advancements and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Engineering, Physics, Biology, or a related scientific discipline**.
