In this position, you will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with production managers to optimize efficiency while adhering to stringent safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols. Your expertise will be instrumental in minimizing downtime, troubleshooting production challenges, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity. With a focus on both technical precision and leadership, you will contribute to BRF’s commitment to delivering premium food products that meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following critical functions:

• Production Leadership: Direct and supervise daily operations on the production line, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to production schedules. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and maintain target output levels.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operators, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment. Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and reinforce best practices in quality, safety, and productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure all products meet BRF’s rigorous standards. Conduct inspections, identify deviations, and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and address hazards to maintain a secure working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational performance. Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve line efficiency.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO, and other industry-specific standards. Maintain thorough documentation of all production activities and quality checks.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education and Experience: A diploma or degree in food science, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a food production or manufacturing environment, with a strong background in line management or supervision.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with production line operations, including knowledge of machinery, equipment maintenance, and process optimization. Familiarity with food safety protocols and quality control systems is essential.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead teams, delegate tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges with creativity and efficiency.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and implement actionable improvements. Proficient in using data analytics tools to monitor performance and drive decision-making.
• Language Skills:

  Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, as you will be working in a multicultural environment where clear and effective communication is paramount.
