In this strategic role, you will oversee the licensing and operational aspects of our soccer facilities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while fostering growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• **License Management:** Oversee all licensing processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and operational protocols for soccer facilities and programs.
• **Operational Excellence:** Lead day-to-day operations to guarantee smooth delivery of soccer training, competitions, and community initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with local authorities, partners, and community leaders to strengthen relationships and expand program reach.
• **Business Development:** Identify opportunities for growth, including new facility partnerships, sponsorships, and program enhancements to scale our impact.
