Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of commercial and technical responsibilities, ensuring seamless project execution and financial accountability:

• Quantity Take-Off and Measurement: Conduct meticulous quantity take-offs from engineering drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accuracy and compliance. Measure executed works for interim payment applications, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial reporting, maintaining organized and auditable records.
• Tendering, Estimation, and Contract Support: Provide critical support in tender preparation, cost estimation, and pricing inputs, analyzing technical and commercial documents to identify measurement gaps, scope risks, and pricing assumptions. Assist in contract administration through BOQ analysis, variation measurement, and billing documentation to optimize project economics.
• Billing and Payment Certification: Prepare and review payment certification documents, coordinating with site, planning, cost control, and finance teams to validate progress quantities and payment statuses. Evaluate variation orders and claims from a quantity and measurement perspective, ensuring fair and transparent financial resolutions.
• Strategic Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance commercial processes. Leverage your expertise to automate workflows where possible, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of quality control, ensuring all commercial documentation adheres to project specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and legislative compliance across all project activities.
