As a **PACS Administrator / (Senior)**, your duties will include:

• System Administration and Maintenance: Manage and troubleshoot RIS/PACS servers, system integrations, workstations, and physician referral portals to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business objectives.
• Proactive System Care: Conduct daily preventive maintenance and periodic upgrades in collaboration with vendors like Siemens, ensuring our systems remain cutting-edge and aligned with evolving healthcare needs.
• User Management and Training: Maintain and update user access lists for radiologists, technicians, receptionists, and clinicians, while also introducing new staff to advanced techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Data Protection and Recovery: Oversee daily backups, tape management, and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical radiology data and ensure business continuity.
• End-User Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for end-user applications, including HIS, email, antivirus, internet, and desktop software, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• System Deployment and Configuration: Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software solutions, including computers, printers, access points, and peripheral devices, while preparing operating systems for seamless functionality.
• Business Process Improvement: Assess user needs and business requirements to identify opportunities for process optimization, creating detailed assessment reports to drive operational enhancements.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with the System Integration Manager, Radiology Department Director, and administrative teams to align IT solutions with strategic organizational goals.
