As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for steering our financial operations with precision and strategic insight. Your role spans from ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Supply Chain, and Digital—to enhance performance, profitability, and operational agility. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with unwavering accuracy, ensuring full adherence to IFRS standards. Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation to maintain transparency and integrity in all financial disclosures.
• Strategic Business Support: Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to monitor key performance indicators, including channel performance, sales growth, gross margins, and operational expenditures (OPEX). Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and business strategy.
• Inventory & Cost Optimization: Manage inventory accounting, stock provisions, and write-offs while ensuring seamless reconciliation between Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and General Ledger (GL). Investigate and resolve discrepancies in Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Leadership: Monitor daily liquidity, develop robust cash flow forecasts, and optimize working capital to support business growth. Align vendor payments with cash planning to enhance financial stability and operational fluidity.
• Budgeting & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Finance Director to establish annual budgets and long-term forecasts. Track performance against budgetary targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to drive financial discipline and growth.
• Tax & Regulatory Excellence: Ensure precision in VAT and statutory filings, managing all interactions with external auditors and regulatory bodies, including ZATCA. Stay ahead of evolving compliance requirements to mitigate risks and ensure seamless audit processes.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team by setting clear performance objectives and fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Process Innovation & Automation: Drive enhancements to our ERP systems and automate manual workflows to streamline operations. Strengthen internal reporting controls and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA (preferred).
• 10–12 years of financial and accounting experience, with a strong focus on retail, consumer goods, e-commerce, or large commercial organizations.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, controls, and month-end closing, ensuring adherence to IFRS and industry best practices.
• Hands-on experience in managing and developing finance teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems and financial reporting tools, with proficiency in automating workflows and enhancing reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong aptitude for financial analysis, variance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Direct experience in retail and e-commerce finance, with a keen understanding of channel performance, gross margins, and operational expenditures.
