Your Impact as a Nurse in Jeddah

As a Nurse in our Jeddah facility, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding employee well-being while ensuring compliance with global and local health, safety, and food safety standards. Your responsibilities will span occupational health management, emergency response, and proactive risk mitigation, making a tangible difference in our workplace culture and operational efficiency.

• Occupational Health Leadership: Oversee daily occupational health operations, including medical examinations, first aid, and coordination of hospitalization cases. Ensure seamless collaboration with external healthcare providers and contractors to uphold BRF’s high standards.
• Proactive Safety and Compliance: Design and implement workplace health and safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and lead ergonomic assessments to identify risks. Drive corrective actions and maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
• Training and Emergency Preparedness: Deliver comprehensive Health & Safety training, including Toolbox Talks and emergency drills, while maintaining updated training matrices and emergency plans. Ensure all employees and visitors are equipped with the knowledge and tools to respond effectively in critical situations.
• Food Safety Advocacy: Adhere strictly to BRF’s Food Safety Golden Rules, FSQ Policy, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Actively participate in food safety audits, report concerns, and ensure compliance with local regulations to protect both food integrity and customer safety.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HSE teams, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to align health and safety strategies with business objectives. Provide technical expertise in occupational health matters and contribute to budget planning and procurement processes.

Why Your Profile Matters

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse with a proven track record in occupational health and workplace safety. Your qualifications should include:

• A Diploma in General Nursing with a valid license approved by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting where occupational health and safety are critical.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Ministry of Health and Labor Law requirements, ensuring compliance in all health and safety protocols.
• Fluency in Arabic (native proficiency) and business-level English to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams.
• Availability to work in Jeddah, either locally or with a commute of up to 1 hour from central Jeddah, with flexibility to work 6 days per week and adapt to operational needs.
