Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments across all business areas, including credit, market, operational, and compliance risks, to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement actionable risk mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to reduce exposure and enhance resilience.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, including Basel III, IFRS, and Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) guidelines.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive risk reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide senior management with real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and refine risk management frameworks to align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with finance, operations, and compliance teams to foster a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate employees on risk management principles and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in risk administration, risk analysis, or a related financial role within a financial institution or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, including ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) and regulatory reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey risk insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, risk management software (e.g., SAS, Murex, or similar), and ERP systems.
• Certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager), CRMA (Certified Risk Management Analyst), or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage, given the regional context.
