Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Identification and Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments across all business areas, including financial, operational, and compliance-related risks. Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate potential threats and their impact on organizational objectives.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating risk management policies and procedures to align with international standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure full compliance with local and global regulations, including those governing financial reporting and corporate governance.
• Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring systems to track risk exposure in real-time. Prepare comprehensive risk reports for executive leadership, highlighting key trends, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to foster a culture of risk awareness. Provide expert guidance to departments on risk mitigation techniques and best practices.
• Financial Risk Management: Support the evaluation of financial risks, including market, credit, and liquidity risks. Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize risk-adjusted returns while maintaining financial stability.
• Training and Awareness: Organize workshops and training sessions to educate employees on risk management principles and the importance of proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CERA, or CIRA) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related field, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, such as COSO, ISO 31000, or Basel III, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and risk management software (e.g., SAP GRC, RSA Archer).
