Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Advanced educational background – A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is highly advantageous but not required.
• Proven expertise – 12+ years of hands-on experience in database administration, PMIS implementation, or project controls systems, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, construction, or engineering projects.
• Certified proficiency – Preferred certifications include Oracle Database Certification, Microsoft SQL Server Certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), or other PMIS-related credentials.
• Leadership and mentorship – A track record of guiding teams, solving complex technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
