Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Lead and nurture relationships with key cargo accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through tailored solutions, proactive communication, and strategic account planning.
• Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and drive cargo volume growth by leveraging market insights and competitive positioning.
• Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and finalize high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms that support Qatar Airways’ cargo revenue objectives.
• Market Development: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess competitor positioning, and develop actionable strategies to capture new business opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align cargo solutions with client needs, ensuring end-to-end service excellence.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and cargo metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in cargo account management, sales, or logistics within the aviation or freight industry.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with fluency in both English and Arabic (a significant advantage).
• Deep understanding of global cargo markets, trade lanes, and logistics trends.
• Proven ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and drive measurable business growth.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations, IATA standards, and cargo handling best practices.
