Key Responsibilities:

As an Order Management Executive, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the order lifecycle.

• Data Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and error-free.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in order management, customer service, or a related operational role, preferably within a logistics or e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail to ensure precision in order handling.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Familiarity with order management systems (OMS), ERP software, and CRM tools is a significant advantage.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to operational challenges.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the local market context.
