• Client-Centric Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-project support. Conduct regular site visits, provide timely technical and commercial guidance, and ensure seamless execution of projects to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proposal & Quotation Excellence: Author high-impact technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender responses, coordinating with cross-functional teams to refine pricing strategies and negotiation tactics. Lead the submission process and follow up diligently to secure project awards and close deals.
