Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transaction Management: Record, classify, and reconcile daily financial transactions—including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts—with unwavering accuracy in the company’s accounting system.
• Ledger and Reconciliation Excellence: Maintain meticulous general ledger entries and perform comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts, petty cash, and other financial controls to ensure financial transparency.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, providing stakeholders with reliable insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Oversight: Monitor and resolve accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
• Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure strict adherence to Saudi financial regulations, including VAT and Zakat compliance, while assisting in audit processes to mitigate risks and uphold corporate governance standards.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Organize and preserve all financial documents and accounting files in a structured, accessible manner, facilitating seamless audits and regulatory reviews.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives by analyzing financial variances and recommending data-backed strategies to optimize resource allocation.
