Finance Manager – Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Operational Excellence at Golden Elite Catering Services

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) is seeking a visionary and strategic Finance Manager to spearhead our financial operations, ensuring robust financial health, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing performance, and supporting our expansion within the dynamic aviation hospitality sector.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee all financial functions, from accounting and budgeting to forecasting and cash flow management, while providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in aligning financial processes with business objectives, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering long-term success for GECS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership and Oversight: Direct all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate, timely financial statements and management reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource allocation and enhance profitability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi financial regulations, including ZATCA, GOSI, WPS, and other statutory requirements, mitigating risks and maintaining compliance.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger activities to maintain accurate and efficient financial records.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate external audits, liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities, and foster strong relationships to support GECS’s financial integrity.
• Policy and Control Enhancement: Establish and refine financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management, aiding in business planning, investment decisions, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Support business planning, investment evaluations, and performance enhancements to drive continuous improvement and align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in finance and accounting, with at least two years in a managerial capacity. Proven track record in leading financial teams and driving strategic financial initiatives.
• Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, taxation frameworks, and payroll practices to navigate compliance effectively.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Leadership and Analytical Skills: Strong leadership abilities, coupled with exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, to guide financial strategies and foster a culture of accountability.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage in our regional market.
