Corporate Financial Control Management

• Lead the corporate financial planning process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring these processes are both comprehensive and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with business units and departments to establish realistic budget targets and financial plans that drive performance and accountability.
• Monitor budget performance meticulously, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to guide financial decision-making and resource allocation.
• Oversee cash flow monitoring tools and processes, ensuring accurate tracking of inflows and outflows while identifying opportunities to enhance liquidity and optimize working capital.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow generation, reduce working capital requirements, and manage funding sources effectively to support operational and growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and ensuring alignment between financial strategies and corporate goals.
• Liaise with the Legal team to review and ensure compliance with corporate financing service level agreements, safeguarding the organization’s financial position and mitigating risks.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on financing activities to the Chief Financial Officer, keeping leadership informed and enabling data-driven governance.

Project Financial Control Management

• Coordinate and manage all financial aspects of projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution, reporting, and budget control in line with standardized procedures.
• Maintain rigorous accounting practices and analytical reporting for project financials, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigating actions to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Oversee project administration, planning, on-site logistics, and staff support, ensuring seamless financial management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert advice to Project Management and other departments on financial and fiscal laws, contractual requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
