Key Responsibilities

As the **Specialist – Enterprise Architecture**, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Initiative Leadership: Independently manage IT initiatives from ideation to closure, ensuring timely, high-impact delivery that aligns with business priorities and technological best practices.
• Strategic Alignment and Governance: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring that new initiatives are clearly understood, justified, and executed in alignment with enterprise architecture principles and broader organizational objectives.
• Business Case Development and Benefit Realization: Contribute to the formulation of compelling business cases for IT initiatives and track the realization of expected benefits post-delivery, ensuring ROI and long-term value.
• Prioritization and Resource Optimization: Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize initiatives based on business value, capacity, and strategic importance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution.
• Progress Tracking and Transparency: Develop and maintain robust dashboards, trackers, and visualizations to provide real-time visibility into initiative statuses, milestones, and resource utilization across IT teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, data-driven status updates and presentations tailored to diverse audiences—from technical teams to senior leadership—ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
• Audit and Compliance Management: Lead end-to-end IT audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and resolution of findings, while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Profile Requirements

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for enterprise architecture and a proven track record of driving IT initiatives to success. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or project management, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Technical and Analytical Skills: Hands-on experience building and maintaining Excel dashboards, trackers, and visualizations to monitor initiative progress, capacity, and resource allocation.
• Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling slide decks, reports, and presentations for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with both IT and business teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Organizational Excellence: A proactive, structured approach to managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of governance and transparency.
