Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic and operational duties, ensuring alignment between scientific rigor and business objectives:

• External Engagement and Thought Leadership: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with leading scientific experts, thought leaders, and external organizations within immuno-oncology. Engage through diverse channels—including one-on-one discussions, group presentations, and virtual meetings—to foster collaboration and disseminate critical insights.
• Medical Communication and Education: Develop and deliver accurate, compliant, and impactful medical content tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs). Present complex scientific data in accessible, actionable formats that empower HCPs to optimize patient care.
• Strategic Medical Landscape Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the medical, clinical, and competitive landscape in immuno-oncology. Stay ahead of emerging trends, unmet medical needs, and evolving treatment paradigms to inform strategic decision-making and address stakeholder inquiries proactively.
• Program Development and Execution: Design and oversee scientifically robust medical programs, including Advisory Boards, Satellite Symposia, and scientific roundtables. Ensure seamless execution aligned with overarching medical and commercial strategies, driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a key medical advisor to both Head Office and local commercial teams, providing strategic insights to shape regional and global initiatives. Mentor colleagues on scientific best practices and HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) methodologies to enhance organizational expertise.
• Compliance and Ethical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethical conduct, and professional integrity. Act as a role model for compliance culture, adhering to internal policies and external regulations while escalating potential concerns to management or the Compliance Department.

Qualifications and Competencies

To excel in this transformative role, you must bring a blend of advanced scientific expertise, strategic vision, and leadership:

• Education: Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD), Medicine (MD), or related scientific discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in a medical or scientific role, with deep expertise in Immuno-Oncology. Proven experience in the KSA healthcare environment, particularly within the immuno-oncology space.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling narratives for HCPs. Proven track record of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including thought leaders and decision-makers.
• Strategic Planning: Experience developing field medical plans that align with disease-specific and product objectives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Scientific Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data, derive actionable insights, and contribute to evidence-based decision-making in HEOR and regulatory contexts.
