Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Payments Reconciliation Specialist with:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the banking, finance, or mortgage sectors, with a proven track record in payments reconciliation processes.
• Proven expertise in payments reconciliation, ensuring precision in transactional data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving inconsistencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis, pivot tables, and automation tools, to streamline reconciliation workflows.
• A strong foundation in payments and collections processes, with an understanding of financial systems, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable, given the role’s location in Saudi Arabia.
