• Design and Deliver Captivating Lessons: Craft and deliver innovative, interactive, and student-focused Mathematics lessons aligned with international curriculum standards, ensuring students grasp foundational concepts while developing advanced problem-solving skills.
• Engage and Inspire: Utilize creative teaching methods, real-world examples, and hands-on activities to make complex mathematical ideas accessible and exciting for students in Grades 4 through 6.
• Differentiate Instruction: Adapt your teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, providing targeted support to help every student overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
• Assess and Support: Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and collaborate with students to address areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of academic excellence, pedagogical expertise, and a genuine commitment to student success:

• Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field. Experience teaching within the British or American curriculum is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have taught elementary or lower-middle-school students, particularly in Grades 4–6.
• Teaching Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience, with a demonstrated ability to explain concepts clearly and naturally without relying heavily on prepared scripts.
• Communication and Delivery: Possess exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas confidently and engage students through dynamic classroom delivery.
• Pedagogical Approach: Embrace an interactive, student-centered teaching style that encourages critical thinking, questioning, and independent learning.
• Classroom Management: Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills to create a structured, positive, and motivating classroom environment.
• Location: Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, or willing and able to relocate to this vibrant and culturally rich city.
