Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Architect and Develop Enterprise SharePoint Solutions: Design, build, and customize robust SharePoint Server solutions—including farm/WSP packages, custom web parts, event receivers, and workflows—to meet complex business requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices for performance and maintainability.
• Lead the Full Development Lifecycle: From requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, you will oversee every phase of the development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, business-critical applications.
• Master SharePoint Development Frameworks: Develop sophisticated server-side and client-side solutions using **C#, .NET Framework, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), TypeScript, React, JavaScript, and modern web technologies**. Leverage **CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, and SharePoint Web Services** to create seamless integrations with enterprise systems.
• Integrate with Microsoft Ecosystem: Design and implement integrations with **ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET Core, WCF, WIF, and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF)**. Ensure seamless connectivity with **Microsoft SQL Server**, including complex database operations, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Enhance Business Intelligence and Reporting: Develop and maintain **SSRS, Power BI, and Excel Services** solutions to provide actionable insights. Customize reporting dashboards and PerformancePoint Services to support data-driven decision-making.
• Automate and Optimize Workflows: Create and maintain **PowerShell scripts** for deployment, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Support SharePoint Upgrades and Modernization: Lead migration and upgrade initiatives, assessing legacy systems, remediating technical debt, and modernizing customizations to ensure long-term viability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to SharePoint applications, integrations, workflows, permissions, and environment configurations. Provide proactive solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
• Mentor and Uphold Technical Excellence: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and document technical processes. Guide junior developers and peers in adopting best practices, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Technical Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Education and Experience: A **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, coupled with **7–10 years of hands-on experience** in developing enterprise SharePoint Server solutions. Proven expertise in **SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition** is essential, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in on-premises enterprise environments.
• SharePoint Server Development Proficiency: Deep knowledge of **SharePoint Server Object Model, farm solutions, WSP packages, Features and Feature Receivers, custom Web Parts, Application Pages, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, and custom workflows**. Expertise in **Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Columns, and SharePoint Search customizations** is critical.
