Key Responsibilities

Your role will demand a **proactive, results-driven approach** to:

• Develop and execute a data-driven business-development strategy for BESS and integrated energy solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and Energy Care’s growth objectives.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including **commercial and industrial clients, renewable-energy developers, EPC contractors, consultants, ESCOs, and government entities**, to uncover and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Identify and assess high-potential BESS projects across critical applications such as **solar integration, peak shaving, backup power, microgrids, power stability, and diesel reduction**, ensuring solutions are tailored to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Lead end-to-end opportunity management, from initial engagement through technical assessments, proposal development, and negotiation, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal engineering teams to deliver compelling commercial offers.
• Develop and pilot innovative energy solutions that serve as **market references**, demonstrating Energy Care’s expertise and driving adoption of advanced energy technologies.
• Monitor market dynamics, including competitors, regulatory changes, and technological advancements, to anticipate trends and position Energy Care as a forward-thinking partner in Saudi Arabia’s evolving energy sector.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a **highly motivated energy professional** with:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in **Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or a related field**, complemented by a **minimum of 8 years of experience** in **energy-sector business development, solution sales, or commercial strategy**.
• Proven expertise in **BESS, solar energy, renewable integration, microgrids, or energy-efficiency solutions**, with a deep understanding of **load profiles, project economics, and ROI analysis**.
• An **established network** within Saudi Arabia’s **C&I, renewable-energy, and EPC markets**, enabling you to navigate complex partnerships and drive deal closure.
• Exceptional **commercial acumen** with a track record of **generating qualified leads, closing complex B2B projects, and exceeding revenue targets**.
• **Fluency in both Arabic and English**, with strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• A **willingness to travel extensively** across Saudi Arabia to support client engagements, site assessments, and strategic initiatives.
