Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality painting, polishing, and finishing works across diverse environments, including luxury hotels, commercial facilities, and residential complexes.
• Ensure surfaces meet stringent industry standards, delivering flawless results that enhance both form and function.
• Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all operational teams in upholding premium standards.
• Conduct thorough surface preparations, including sanding, priming, and sealing, to ensure durability and longevity of finishes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices to deliver work that is not only visually stunning but also structurally sound.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to meet deadlines and ensure projects are completed to the highest specifications.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in the field of painting, polishing, and finishing. While formal technical certification in Painting, Polishing, Finishing Works, or a related trade is highly desirable, your expertise and passion for craftsmanship will be equally valued.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Painter & Polisher in a hotel environment, or 4 years of experience in a similar large-scale setting such as commercial facilities or residential complexes.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining impeccable standards of quality.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques, paint application methods, and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with industry tools, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
