In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting all operational departments by ensuring that electrical systems function optimally. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to guest services.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Department to implement preventive maintenance programs and improve system efficiency.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all technical work, including maintenance logs, repair records, and system performance metrics.
• Work closely with other tradespeople and department heads to ensure cohesive support across all operational areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to guarantee a secure working environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven professional with a strong foundation in electrical systems. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A recognized qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a preference for those with expertise in Building Management Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Technician or Tradesperson in a hotel environment, or 4 years of experience in a comparable large-scale building or complex with centralized plant operations.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for maintenance, safety, and compliance in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
