• Supporting the Engineering Department in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of all technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management, to ensure uninterrupted service across the hotel.
• Assisting in preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and uphold the highest standards of functionality and guest experience.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to address technical challenges and implement solutions that align with the hotel’s operational goals.
• Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring long-term reliability of the hotel’s infrastructure.
• Adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient working environment for both staff and guests.

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

• A recognized qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field such as Building Management, providing a solid technical foundation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Technician or Tradesman within the hospitality sector, or 4 years of experience in a comparable large-scale building or complex with centralized plant systems. Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment is a significant advantage.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technological advancements.
