Your Impact

As the voice and visual storyteller for SGR, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Immersive Video Content: Develop high-production-value videos that bring our refinery operations, laboratory precision, and quality assurance processes to life. From concept to final edit, you’ll ensure every frame aligns with SGR’s brand ethos and regulatory requirements.
• Designing Visually Cohesive Graphics: Create striking digital assets, print materials, and internal communications using Adobe Creative Cloud, ensuring consistency with SGR’s visual identity across all platforms.
• Technical Storytelling Through Copywriting: Translate intricate refining concepts into clear, engaging, and accurate copy for websites, social media, and technical datasheets—bridging the gap between expertise and audience understanding.
• Ensuring Brand and Compliance Alignment: Scrutinize all content for adherence to LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance, SASO standards, and corporate guidelines before publication, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and brand cohesion.
• Managing a Digital Asset Library: Organize, tag, and curate a robust repository of photos and videos, ensuring seamless accessibility for future campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts: Partner with cross-functional teams—from the plant floor to the laboratory—to gather accurate, insightful content that educates and inspires diverse audiences.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator with a proven track record in:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Four or more years of experience in content creation, preferably within an industrial, corporate, or B2B setting.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with a portfolio showcasing excellence in video editing, graphic design, and technical copywriting.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, enabling you to produce bilingual content that resonates across cultures.
• A deep understanding of Saudi media regulations, cultural norms, and the unique demands of communicating in a regulated industry.
• The ability to navigate industrial environments safely and professionally, balancing creativity with adherence to on-site protocols.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high standard of quality in every deliverable.
