Key Responsibilities

In this strategic position, you will:

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure design teams specializing in highways, utilities, drainage, and civil structures, ensuring technical cohesion and alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from Concept Master Plans (CMP) and Detailed Master Plans (DMP) to Detailed Design, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project execution with a focus on programme management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and deliverable tracking in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Ensure technical excellence by reviewing design outputs for compliance, integration, and consistency with regulatory and client requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and subconsultants, to foster transparent communication and align expectations throughout the project.
• Monitor performance metrics, including budget, schedule, and quality, while preparing critical documentation such as scopes of work, fee proposals, and resource plans.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through design reviews, workshops, and project meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Support business growth by contributing to proposal development, client relationship management, and the adoption of digital tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer with:

• Essential Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline, complemented by professional qualification (e.g., CEng, PE, SCE, or equivalent).
• Proven consultancy experience in infrastructure project delivery, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary projects across stages such as CMP, DMP, Concept Design, and Detailed Design.
• Deep technical expertise in infrastructure disciplines, including highways, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and civil structures.
• Leadership in team coordination and project management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface effectively with clients, authorities, and subconsultants.
• Desirable Attributes:
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or experience on major land development, mixed-use, or transport projects.
• Localized experience in managing authority approvals and stakeholder engagement within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) to enhance cross-cultural collaboration.
• Familiarity with BIM and digital delivery environments to support innovative and efficient project workflows.
