Your Impact

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design, planning, and execution of high-caliber road and highway projects, ensuring compliance with international and local standards while integrating cutting-edge innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and oversight of roads and highways, encompassing geometric design, traffic analysis, grading, intersections, junctions, and pavement engineering to deliver robust, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct and oversee advanced engineering analyses, including horizontal and vertical alignment, road geometry, and pavement design, ensuring adherence to KSA’s regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Align road infrastructure with broader project objectives by coordinating with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to create seamless, integrated designs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a technical liaison between ARX, government authorities, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met with precision and clarity.
• Mentorship and Innovation: Provide expert guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation while maintaining high standards of technical excellence.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Roads Engineer with a proven track record in infrastructure development, coupled with deep familiarity with the KSA’s engineering landscape. To excel in this role, you will possess:

• Advanced Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 8 years of experience in roads and highways, with at least 3 years of direct experience in the KSA.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of road and highway design principles, construction methodologies, and KSA-specific codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Software Mastery: Proficiency in industry-leading tools such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, with the ability to leverage technology for precision and efficiency.
• Communication and Leadership: Fluency in English and an asset in Arabic, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
