Your Impact

As a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the integration of critical dry utility systems—including power distribution, telecommunications, and street lighting—into large-scale infrastructure projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination with project managers, cross-disciplinary teams, and stakeholders, while adhering to the highest standards of technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of dry utility systems for diverse infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and sustainability goals.
• Technical Excellence: Perform and review intricate engineering calculations, network designs, cable sizing, and feasibility studies to optimize performance and reliability of utility systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and deliverables comply with KSA’s stringent codes, standards, and utility authority requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring project viability.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between dry utilities, civil, structural, and other engineering disciplines to harmonize system integration and corridor planning.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with government authorities, clients, and contractors to clarify technical requirements, resolve challenges, and ensure project success.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed engineering reports, as-built documentation, and technical specifications to support project execution and future reference.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in dry utility systems.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, demonstrating proficiency in power, telecommunications, and street lighting systems.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA’s utility regulations, standards, and authority requirements, ensuring compliance and project success.
• Proven expertise in engineering design software, including Civil 3D and specialized electrical design tools, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage, reflecting our commitment to local engagement.
