Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Engineering Department to maintain and troubleshoot critical systems, including electrical, mechanical, and building management infrastructure.

Provide timely technical support to other operational departments, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal functionality across all facilities.

Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to uphold high standards of reliability and safety.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to enhance system efficiency and sustainability.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to resolve technical challenges and implement best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong foundation in engineering principles, particularly in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Management Systems. While formal qualifications are desirable, your hands-on experience and problem-solving mindset are equally important.

• Preferred: Formal qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Management Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or Tradesperson in a hotel or similar large-scale facility, or 4 years in a comparable complex with central plant operations.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
